We’re partnering with a company undergoing a bold transformation in the aesthetics space - relaunching next-generation technology with a focus on improved patient experience, stronger clinical support, and a strategic go-to-market approach.
 
They’re building a new commercial team and seeking a Territory Sales Representative to establish and grow their footprint in Texas. This role is perfect for someone skilled at building long-term relationships with dermatologists and plastic surgeons while driving capital equipment sales.
 
The company’s new strategy ensures end-to-end support for physicians - empowering them from adoption through to measurable patient success. You’ll collaborate closely with a dedicated clinical team to deliver revenue growth and sustained customer value.
 
This is a remote, field-based role requiring regular travel throughout Texas to meet with physicians, conduct demos, and support clinical integration.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive capital equipment sales and support ongoing utilization to expand the consumables business, partnering with dermatologists and plastic surgeons throughout Florida.
  • Build and maintain long-term, consultative relationships with key accounts.
  • Prospect, demo, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
  • Collaborate with clinical and success teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage territory independently, including travel and scheduling.
