For their European team, we are looking for a Technical Support & Field Service Technician who will play a critical role in ensuring systems operate seamlessly and customers receive best-in-class technical support across the region.
About the role
This is a hands-on, field-based position focused on technical troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer support.
The successful candidate will act as the technical expert and first point of contact for system-related issues, working both remotely and on-site at customer locations across Europe. The role combines problem-solving, travel, and customer interaction, with close collaboration across internal teams such as quality, support, and operations.
