Job description

Our partner is a fast-growing international company in the medical aesthetics industry, known for its innovative products and strong global presence.  

 

For their team based near Antwerp, we are looking for a Customer Success Analyst who will play a key role in ensuring smooth customer operations and deliver a high level of service across multiple markets.  

 

About the role  

This is a hands-on, operational role focused on managing the full customer order lifecycle while ensuring a seamless customer experience.  

 

The incoming will work closely with internal teams - logistics, warehouse, finance, and commercial - acting as a key point of contact for customers and ensuring that orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.  

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and process customer orders from entry to delivery  
  • Monitor order status, track shipments, and handle backorders  
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and products  
  • Coordinate with logistics providers and internal teams to ensure timely shipments  
  • Process invoices and credit notes and resolve discrepancies  
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions  
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and high attention to detail in all processes  
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflows and customer experience  

 

Your profile  

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer service, customer operations, or order management  
  • Experience in a product-based environment (e.g. medical devices, pharma, logistics, manufacturing)  
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is a strong advantage)  
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail  
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment  
  • Proactive mindset and strong communication skills  
  • Fluent in English, French, and Dutch (required)
