Our partner is a fast-growing international company in the medical aesthetics industry, known for its innovative products and strong global presence.
For their team based near Antwerp, we are looking for a Customer Success Analyst who will play a key role in ensuring smooth customer operations and deliver a high level of service across multiple markets.
About the role
This is a hands-on, operational role focused on managing the full customer order lifecycle while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
The incoming will work closely with internal teams - logistics, warehouse, finance, and commercial - acting as a key point of contact for customers and ensuring that orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and process customer orders from entry to delivery
- Monitor order status, track shipments, and handle backorders
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and products
- Coordinate with logistics providers and internal teams to ensure timely shipments
- Process invoices and credit notes and resolve discrepancies
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and high attention to detail in all processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflows and customer experience
Your profile
- 2–5 years of experience in customer service, customer operations, or order management
- Experience in a product-based environment (e.g. medical devices, pharma, logistics, manufacturing)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is a strong advantage)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset and strong communication skills
- Fluent in English, French, and Dutch (required)
