Job description
We are seeking a top-performing Area Business Director with a strong background in capital sales, preferably in medical aesthetic technologies. This role requires a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding seven-figure quotas, and mentoring high-performing sales teams to deliver record-breaking results.

Only candidates with the following experience will be considered:
- President’s Club-level performance or similar sales recognition.
- Proven success in capital equipment or medical device sales.
- Experience leading and coaching sales reps to exceed targets.
- Skilled at cold calling, closing emotional sales, and managing long sales cycles.
- Strong network within private practice specialties (e.g., dermatology, plastics, OB/GYN, etc.)
Key responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth in a defined territory by leading from the front
- Actively mentor and support Territory Managers and Area Sales Managers.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent.
- Deliver impactful product demos and close high-value deals.
- Attend and represent the company at key industry events.
- Leverage all internal resources and cross-functional teams to exceed sales goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of capital or medical sales experience.
- High-energy, resilient, and goal-driven.
- Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to travel up to 60%
- Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
